Hosts needed. Would you, or you and a neighbor, like to host a future neighborhood event? The association budgets for two main events each year — the annual holiday party and block parties — with smaller events throughout the year. Don’t be intimidated: board members and other neighborhood volunteers are available to help plan, coordinate, set up, and clean up. Contact a board member to discuss options and ideas.

Fall Movie Night — date to be announced
Bring your own chairs and adult beverages. The association provides popcorn, candy, and drinks for the kids.
2026 Holiday Party — host and date to be announced
Holiday parties are usually held between the winter holidays in December, depending on the Chiefs’ schedule. Volunteers are available to assist with setup and cleanup, and the association maintains a modest budget for the event.

Annual Dumpster Day — August 22, 2026
The association provided a dumpster for excess garbage and bulky items, along with a donation truck from Big Brothers Big Sisters and a shredding truck. Many thanks to this year’s dumpster minders: Dan Solito, Winnie Dunn, Darold Frenzen, Stephanie Glenski, Bridget Grams, Aaron Lewis, Patty Lewis, and Kenn Boyle. Thanks as well to the neighborhood’s younger volunteers who pitched in to help.
